Flower delivery in Otrokovice from a local florist

Otrokovice lies at the confluence of the Morava and Dřevnice, about 11 km from Zlín. As of 1 January 2025, it had a population of 17,401. Otrokovice railway station on the Přerov–Břeclav line is the main rail terminal for the Zlín Region, and trolleybuses also connect the town with Zlín.

The first written mention of Otrokovice appears in a charter by Jindřich Zdík, Bishop of Olomouc, which recent research dates to 1141. From 1939 to 1946, Otrokovice officially bore the name Baťov; since 2023, the quarter between the former factory and the Morava has also officially been called Baťov. The Community House was built by the Baťa company in 1936 to a design by architect Vladimír Karfík. The Štěrkoviště recreation area includes a 13-hectare reservoir on the site of a former gravel and sand quarry.

Romana Šimoníková also delivers flowers from Huštěnovice to Otrokovice. A bouquet can be handed to the recipient wherever they are currently staying.

The recipient can receive the bouquet at home or at work. In Otrokovice, handover can also be arranged at the municipal polyclinic, schools, the municipal office or homes for older people. A bouquet can also be handed over at one of the town’s hotels, at a company or at a cultural centre.
